Tuesday Ten

I sorta had a writers block on what to post about for this today but I'm feeling crafty today so I thought I'd share with you some things that I've made..

Shirts for Lyla to announce the pregnancy.

The yellow of the chair matches the yellow of the walls in her room at my parents house (soon to be my sisters room)

Curtains for Lyla's room.

This table was white.. I made it a chalkboard top and painted it pink to match her ceiling fan.

Picture frame with leftover curtain fabric. Picture is Lyla and Daddy.

Not made yet but in the process of making a couple baby bibs for a friend.

Also not made yet but I bought fabric for making a camera strap cover.

ten.

Golf cart my husband and I completely redid for my father in law!

Music Monday and Pregnancy update..

I can't remember if I saw this on someone's facebook or blog but I heard it and I'm loving it. I wish I could download it on my iphone! I love when someone can do a cover of a song and not butcher it..

I had a doctor appointment today. I'm one day further than I thought, so I'm 7 weeks 4 days.. Due 10/11/12!! Which is also my parents anniversary! She said everything looks good and I'll come back in in  3 weeks to hear the heartbeat. I was supposed to have my blood drawn today but they tried twice in each arm, 2 different nurses and could not get to a vein. I've never had this problem so they're pretty sure it has to do with being pregnant.

Dirty Secret Saturday

I was kinda excited when I saw Lena's post in my blog roll today! A place to share secrets! Exciting.. So I had to link up of course.. So here goes, here's my dirty secret..

In my family the only person who knows that I'm pregnant is my sister, she knows cause I can't keep secrets from her! I'm to nervous to tell anyone else. In Adam's family his parents, sister and grandma know. And they only know because I knew Adam couldn't keep a secret so I let him tell his parents. And I told his sister and Grandma because like Adam, his mom can't keep a secret and I knew she'd tell them. 

But! If my mom knew that all these people knew weeks before she did she would not be happy! So shhhh!
