Summer Fun!

Last winter when it was freezing cold we bought a boat. Yep makes total sense right? Well we finally got to take the boat out on the river and it was so much fun! Hubby has been wanting to take us down the Willamette River to the docks where the big naval ships and "shipping ships" are so we decided to make a day of it..

He wasn't to sure about it at first!

Lyla was loving the boat. She had so much fun!

 And then he fell asleep so we came back in!

It ended up only being a short amount of time on the river but we had fun and that's what counts! Can't wait to do it again and maybe next year get a tube to pull behind!

What They Wore- 4th of July Edition

This year we decided to make 4th of July shirts thanks to Pinterest! They were super easy to make which is always nice.

Lyla also made a firework shirt with her friends and their mom so she had a wardrobe change and wore it with her pj pants for fireworks time.

Mani Monday

I recently discovered Poppy Nail Polish, it's a toxin free polish made by a WAHM (Work At Home Mom). I've only bought the Original Coral color but so far I love it! It goes on so smooth and the color is so pretty! I also had it on for a week before it even chipped which is amazing for me!
