I love traditions and love creating new memories having to do with those traditions. I know a lot of people have traditions that relate to the holiday season, I love to hear about them and through out the holidays I'll be posting about ours. I came across this fun little printable list and I really want to try to do them all!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the blog hop shout out! We have a couple traditions. We celebrate what is known as St. Nikolaus Tag in December. I've been doing this since I was a very young girl. It's always been one of my fav things about December. And our other tradition is that the Christmas tree does not go up until the Saturday before Christmas. I grew up with that rule and still using it with my own family today.
ReplyDeleteMy husband doesn't believe in Christmas so everything I do is pretty much just with the kids and myself. I used to also always watch that 24 hour marathon of The Christmas Story. Love it!
That is a fun printout! We have a few we've carried from our childhood, and a few we've made up on our own. My favorite is opening gifts on Christmas Eve instead of Christmas Day. It leaves the day less rushed for visits and getting dinner ready. :)
