My baby..

So my baby is 28 months old and not really my baby anymore. Today she started becoming my big girl. She went potty in the toilet a handful of times and is wearing some cute lime green and purple boy shorts undies right now. We'll see how well she keeps doing though. I know potty training is not at all an easy thing. But that's not the only way she is becoming a big girl. She can jump..albeit not that high, but she can do it. She's speaking much clearer and in full sentences. She thinks daddy is badass. And loves to change her clothes a trillion times a day. But even though she's becoming a big girl she has become more cuddly. She loves hugging and kissing and and will gladly lay between us in bed to watch tv. I love that big girl more than life itself.

I don't know how to title this post.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16

Wordless Wednesday on Thursday..

Who doesn't love..

Who doesn't love hearing their significant other snore next to them in bed? I know I do. I hated it before I met Adam and now it's something I treasure. Before him when someone would snore it would annoy the heck out of me and I'd be up half the night.. Now I just sleep right through it. No biggie.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Weddings..

I really hope (when the time comes) that I am able to plan my own very special, very perfect wedding of my dreams.. (Lord knows I messed up before) I've recently been introduced to some awesome blogs for weddings and various other events.. Such as: The Found Blog, Marigold Vintage Event Rentals, Green Wedding Shoes
My BFF Nicki wants a wedding similar to mine, hers a little more country (no I do not mean redneck) and mine a little more glamour for lack of a better word that won't come to me. So I'm hoping that even with the distance between us that when the time comes we can help each other plan.

Here are a few of the things I like..

This little couch.

Chairs like this white one.

Tables like this..

And these! To hold various things..

Some days, like today, I wish Adam had a different job, a closer job. I want to be able to meet him for lunch or just stop in to visit. But hey, this job puts a wonderful roof over our heads and our nice vehicles.. And I am grateful for these things.
