Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken in the Crockpot
Ingredients:
I used 3 small boneless skinless breasts because it was just hubby and I.
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 can pineapple
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
(Optional, bell peppers, veggies)
1. dice up the chicken (or throw it in whole to shred later)
2. Put the chicken in the crockpot with barbecue sauce and seasonings. Let cook for about 2 hours.
3. Put in the pineapple. Stir it up.
4. Cook for about another hour. (Remember cook times also vary upon how much chicken you use, how your crockpot cooks)
You could probably eat it by itself or I put it over rice! So yummy! I know a lot of people say that they can't cook but cooking is so easy! I hope someone will try this. Today I'm linking up with lollipops for "Pretty Clever" and Call me Blessed for "we encourage" |
